Athletics
TBEC athletics teams are a credit to the College. The College’s annual Sports Day at King George Stadium is used as a selection process for the District Athletics Tournament.
During this year’s Grimsby and & District Championships, TBEC finished a highly creditable overall 3rd behind Hereford and Humberston. Over the last few seasons the gap between these three schools has been narrowing and had it not been for several key injuries and withdrawals TBEC would have been pushing for overall Champions. As it was the Year 9 Girls finished overall champions for their age group and the overall Girls team performed admirably in the competition.
