Record of Subject Achievement

In this section you must record your target grades/levels. Get these from your subject teachers.

Record your main written target for each subject from your previous planner (unless you are in Year 7). This will identify your main focus for the start of the new year.

In each Quality Mark box you need to record your result and level/grade with the class average below.

The improvement strategy should be written in following each Quality mark. This is vital if you are to know what you need to do in the future to make progress. Your teacher will give you this information but if you were absent or just don’t have it make sure your teacher gives it to you.

If you do not have any part of this information you must ask your teacher who will advise you on what to write. The students who have this information, and use it, are the ones who usually do very well and perform to the best of their ability!
