Sale of Cup Cakes

As a smaller project along side the Children in Need concert organised by ‘This n That’, we also sold small cup cakes for 30 pence each during the break time of students within Tollbar BEC. The aim of this small project was to raise our initial money for the Children in Need charity.

The cakes were kindly made by Tollbar BEC’s kitchen staff, to whom we paid a total of £11.74 for the cost of the ingredients. The sale of cakes was a success, selling around 220 cakes to the students, having been told that they were ‘absolutely delicious’…even the teachers bought them!
