Aims and Objectives Decided at the Beginning of ‘This n That’

Aims:

• To provide a quality service at an affordable price.

• Ensure a friendly working environment for staff.

• To learn and develop skills that the enterprise expects so that we all go away with a lot of experience to help us in the future and so our knowledge and understanding of being part of a business . For example communication skills, and working in a team.

• To develop the business to its highest possible standard.

• Make a profit or sufficient amount of revenue to survive.

• To provide a valuable service to the community and help them in numerous ways.

• To use what resources we have as effectively as possible.

Objectives:

• Conduct market research to find out what our customers want.

• Solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible within our company.

• Work together as a team and keeping up to date with all aspects of the business via minutes etc. And share the skills we have learnt during YE.

• Work together as a team ensuring every task is completed.

• Look at our finances and set a price according to our expenditure.

• Ensure that out business helps as many people as possible such as raising money for charity.

• Ensure that we control our finances in order to use them efficiently.
