Two maths students beat off competition from around 150,000 others to win through to the national final of the UK's biggest Maths Challenge for Schools.
Steven Daly and Ben Grainger (both 16) from Tollbar Business and Enterprise College had set up a virtual racing car in an effort to win a series of races using a range of maths, science and strategy skills.
More than 1,000 schools took part in the Jaguar Cars Maths in Motion Challenge. The pair have made it through to the final for the third year running, and will take their place at the Heritage Motor Museum, Gaydon on June 24, alongside teams from 35 other schools.
Tollbar BEC Maths Curriculum Leader Cecilia Riden said: "The challenge motivates and enthuses those taking part."
"It extends learning beyond the classroom and gives students the opportunity to use their mathematical skills in a practical context."
