Dear Parent/Guardian

Year 11 Senior Prom 2009

The Senior Prom will be held at the Kenwick Park Hotel in Louth, on the evening of Thursday 9 July 2009. If your son/daughter would like to attend the Prom, both yourself and your child will need to sign and return the reply slip below together with payment for the full amount of £35. Tickets will be on sale on Wednesday 28 January 2009 between 12:50pm and 1:30pm from the Brown Gym.

The College reserves the right to refuse to sell a ticket to any student or to withdraw a previously issued ticket and give a full refund.

The following terms and conditions for the Prom will keep the event a safe, memorable and enjoyable evening for all. I hope you can support us with these measures so we can safeguard the future of the event for Year 11.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Students will attend the Prom in formal dress. This means a full length evening gown for girls and a dinner jacket with trousers and bow tie for the boys. Students who do not conform to the dress code will not be admitted.

  2. During the College year students requiring any serious disciplinary measures, failing to make satisfactory effort with their GCSE studies or failing to maintain a satisfactory level of attendance at College may have their tickets withdrawn.

  3. Students consuming, attempting to bring or having already consumed alcohol or drugs will be sent home.

  4. Students leaving the Prom will not be readmitted.

  5. Students will behave in a reasonable manner at all times.

  6. Tickets are non-refundable. In the event of a student not being able to attend, a refund will only be given if the College can sell that ticket to a student from our waiting list.

  7. Tickets are not transferable under any circumstances.
