Dear Year 11 Student

I am writing to remind you that your GCSE results will be available in College to collect from 9 am on Thursday 27 August 2009.

We are proposing to publish your results in a local newspaper as a celebration of your success again this year.

We are sure you will be proud to have your success published.

Please email Mrs Hornby at enquiries@tollbarbec.co.uk before Friday 14 August if you do not wish your results to be published. Alternatively you may write to Mrs Hornby at the College. Please mark your envelope 'Publication of GCSE Results'.

If I do not hear from you before Friday 14 August, I will assume you are happy with the arrangements.
