Dear Parent/Carer

HPV Vaccination Programme

As you are no doubt aware, the media have reported the unfortunate death of a young girl in Coventry after having received a HPV vaccination. We have contacted North East Lincolnshire NHS for guidance relating to this matter as your daughter is due to receive the HPV vaccination in the near future. I enclose a letter received detailing their advice.

Based on the enclosed advice the vaccinations here will continue, however you obviously have the right to withdraw your child if you wish.
