Rugby

TBEC are undoubtedly the rugby force in the district. The extra-curricular rugby club is well attended in all age groups.  Each age group has an expert teacher/coach. Sometimes groups join together with the other age groups for training.  We have one full size pitch and a second smaller pitch is planned.

Rugby is becoming one of the most popular sports played at Tollbar BEC. It is available to both boys and girls and we have very close links with the local rugby clubs

Teams compete at all levels and age ranges and sexes. We take part in competitions at both local and county level.

2006 saw Tollbar achieve great success across all teams. Many of the match reports can be read on this web site.
