The Faculty is fully staffed with a team of specialist teachers and has technician support. The faculty staff have a range of previous commercial, industrial, and technical work related experience. This was noted as a strength in the last OFSTED report with the statement “teachers’ good industrial experience helps raise standards”.
Staff are committed to the educational experience, but also have a passion for the subject. Again, as reported by OFSTED “teachers’ enthusiasm encourages students’ personal development and independence”.
